The Service uses automated systems to generate transcriptions and summaries. You acknowledge that:
We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store payment information.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies and Stripe's standard payment policies.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, required by law, or necessary to protect the Service.
We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without liability.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy of transcriptions, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Khutbah Companion shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or content, or errors in AI-generated output. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Khutbah Companion from claims arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
